Erica Moore has been a member of St. Stephanus since 1982, when her father, Dale Trapp, moved her family from Michigan to take a teaching position at Concordia University, St. Paul. She attended and graduated from Central Lutheran School, Concordia Academy and Concordia University, St. Paul.
Her family includes three adult children, Zachary, Roan and Chelsea, and one teenager, Caitlyn, who currently attends Central Lutheran School. Erica has lived in the same one mile radius for the past 33 years, one block from Concordia University in the Lex-Ham neighborhood.
Her first service to the congregation at St. Stephanus was to make evangelism house calls with her mother in Frogtown. Over the years she has been a School Teacher, Youth Leader, Lector, Usher, Altar Guild President, Central Lutheran School Board Member and currently serves as the PPC Secretary. Erica calls St. Stephanus home because of the warm, welcoming and accepting nature of the congregation. But most of all, she enjoys connecting with others and sharing the Joy we have in Jesus Christ.
