Lynne Heuton | Second Vice President

Lynne Heuton is 2^nd Vice President of the Parish Planning Council (PPC). She and her husband Gene joined St. Stephanus in the late 70’s when Gene accepted a call to teach at Central Lutheran School. During the last 35 years they have celebrated many milestones with their St. Stephanus family including most recently the baptism of their first grandchild.  Lynne and Gene live in the Midway neighborhood in their ‘starter’ home.  They have two adult married children.  Lynne is retired from corporate American and fills her time with reading, sewing, and helping where needed. 

In her role as 2^nd vice president she is chair of the Endowment Committee and is excited about a recently revised policy that will make endowment funds available to support the mission of the church. When asked, Lynne will tell you that one of the best things about St. Stephanus is its ability to celebrate its history and heritage and yet occasionally surprise us with new and creativity responses. Serving on PPC has given her an opportunity to work with some very talented church leaders that make this possible.
